Guestbook
Welcome to Cornelia's guestbook!
Guesty (that's how I call my little, chubby colleague) will be open for your entries from Monday through Thursday.
You are invited to write us – about you, about Cornelia, about reading her books, about fire-eaters, dragons or thieves ... Remarks and criticism regarding Cornelia's website are also welcome.
If you don't see the input mask below, it's because Guesty has to air his pages, because we are working on the website or because we are out of office to find new fodder for Cornelia's homepage. Your entries will be online as soon as possible, but please be patient with us, if you don't hear back right away. We get heaps of mail from all over the world and since every letter and email will be answered, it takes some time.
It goes without saying that insults and offensive remarks of any kind are not wanted and will be deleted immediately.
If you have questions, please first of all browse this website.
There is a good deal of information to be found, for example, in our news or in the FAQs. You will find answers to the most common questions concerning Cornelia's biography, her books, her inspiration, her family,
the movie and theatre projects, and so on. So if you do not get an answer back, it will be because it already is explained on this website.
Enjoy browsing our website and have fun writing!

Hey Insa, I was wondering. When I read Inkheart I got the impression that the glassmen were about, oh, two to three feet high. Upon reading Inkdeath though, I got the impression that they were barley the size of a pencil. Could you help me out? Thanks!
Insa's answer:
I think they are as small as a pencil.

@Laurra from McKays: Hi!!! I just went back to your story, snow quest, and I saw where you got everyone confused. You sent in chapter 11, but when you sent in chapter 12, you called it chapter 11, messing everything up. I thought I'd point that out for you.

Hi everyone!!!! Guess what's in theaters? Alice in Wonderland!!!! I highly recomend the movie, because it Is AWESOME!!!!!! I also suggest you mosey arond the Alice in Wonderland pages on Wikipedia. You'll never know what you'll find. ^__^
Anyways, I was reading Inkheart today, and I noticed a goof-up. On page 388, it says that the line "It's a poor sort of memory that only works backwards." is from Alice in Wonderland. It's not. It's from Through the Looking Glass (and what Alice found there), Alice in Wonderland's sequel. In fact, Alice in Wonderland isn't even the proper NAME. The book's name is Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Alice in Wonderland is an abbreviation of the name, used mainly by the movie people.
Anyway, something I saw kind of upset me. You know that stupid show that they have on Cartoon Network called Bakugan? Well, one of the characters is violating copright laws. How is it doing it? That certain character (her name's Elfin, I think) is A COMPLETE RIPOFF OF SAILOR MOON. Anybody heard of Sailor Moon? No? Go look for it on the computer, you'll find ALL you need there. Anyway, back to the point. Elfin is a Sailor Moon ripoff because whoever created her copyed EVERYTHING about Sailor Moon, tweaked it, and claimed it as his/her own. In case you don't know what copyright is, here's an example: lets say you go into the park one day, and do a silly dance. Thats not copyrighted, because some Joe Shmoe can come along the next day and do the same thing. However, lets say you make a VIDEO of the dance. Then Joe Shmoe can't do that, because it's copyrighted to you. Only YOU can use that video/dance. Anyways, if you know what I'm talking about, you get what I mean? Those nutty Bakugan people copyied Sailor Moon, which is copyrighted matierial (?), changed it a little, and claimed it as there own, giving Naoko Takeuchi (Sailor Moon's creator) zero credit. At first it was funny, but now it's outrageous. That really got me upset. -__-
Whoah, sorry, I think I was ranting.O__o; Sorry folks, I had to let off some steam. I'm just supporting Sailor Moon, which came out in 1992 and is very well known, might I add.
@Guesty: Hi!!! How are you??? Find any lepracauns yet??? If not, keep looking!!!!
Insa's answer:

I've seen a Leprechaun! His name is Zack. I know he's a Leprechaun because he's really short and has green hair! LOL. The real story is that he died it for his science fair project. I did catch him in P.E though, and as part of our bet he had to give me a jolly rancher, so I guess he still is sorta like a Leprechaun. next I'll see if he has a pot of gold...

Hi everyone!!! Two REALLY weird things happened. First, my school has this little prize thing where if you have a certain amout of these little things called "mustang bucks" you can redeem them for a prize. Anyways, I redeemed my two today for a little pinball type of game, and the weird thing is, that the head of one of the people in the background looks EXACTLY like a character from a show I like called Sailor Moon. Seriously, that person's head looks EXACTLY like the character Sailor Mercury from that show.O__o; Even weirder, during this little raffle thing from my school, three people from this one family (Ivy, Arielle, and Mrs. Beninco) won raffle prizes IN THE ORDER I LISTED. Seriously, that is one of the WEIRDEST coincidences in my life. How weird is that? O____o;
@Guesty: Hi!!! How are you??? So the cookie plan failed and winters back. ;__; You know, you should convince Insa to take you to a florist so that your spring fever will be settled. The flowers will probably help. ^__^
Happy Spring!!! P.S. 15 more days till' St. Patricks day!!! If you spie any leprechaun, take lots of pictures and have Insa put them on the site!!!! ^__^ P.S.S. My little toy leprechaun, Leppy, says Hi. ^__^ ^--^
Insa's answer:

Oh, and I almost forgot. If your interested Guesty, the cookies that tasted the best and worked the most were frosted cinnamon ones. What I did was eat half and then put the rest outside. Kinda crazy, but I guess that's what an endless winter will do to a person, hu? Well, I hope the cookies work in Germany like they worked here!
Warmest wishes for a beautiful blooming Spring.
